Dust inside, but a good scanner

Recently, I purchased the 3200 Photo. Initial setup was fairly painless, but after the first attempted scan, there were some obvious issues. The first scan had white “flecks”(dust, when scanned at 600dpi or larger looks like flecks) that covered the scan.
